Do you want to use Big Data Analytics to optimize HR?An internationally renowned consultancy firm specializing in HR strategy and Compensation & Benefits is looking for a Junior Big Data Analyst.
About the company
Recently, this firm played a leading role in a project for a major airline in the Netherlands. The project involved revising the airline's compensation strategy to attract and retain talent. Using advanced data analyses, the firm developed strategic recommendations that strengthened the airline's competitive position and supported its talent strategy.
Later this year, the firm will move to a beautifully located new building in Amsterdam Houthavens. In the meantime, their office directly facing Vondelpark offers stunning views. They serve Fortune 500 clients in the pharmaceutical, financial, airline, and manufacturing industries across 70 different countries. With broad industry knowledge, advanced methodologies, and sophisticated software, they provide clients with insights to improve business operations compared to competitors. The Amsterdam office has about 15 employees, with 120 FTEs worldwide.
Job description
As a Junior Big Data Analyst, you will analyze vast amounts of big data to draw the right conclusions and provide accurate advice to clients, helping them optimize HR operations related to compensation and benefits.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics, HR, Business Analytics, Econometrics, or a similar field with analytical components
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in Big Data
- Excellent knowledge or Excel is a must
- Excellent command of the English language; Dutch is a plus
- In-house training and onboarding in Frankfurt Germany
- Monthly salary of €2700-€4200
- 8% holiday pay
- 10% bonus
- 25 vacation days
- International working environment
