We're looking for a creative and driven Campus Recruiter to join a leading trading firm in Amsterdam. This role offers a unique 50/50 blend of high-volume recruitment and strategic campus engagement - from managing end-to-end hiring processes to leading events and building university partnerships across the Dutch and EMEA markets.

Description

This isn't your typical campus recruiter job. It's hands-on, strategic, and wide-ranging - ideal for someone who wants variety and the freedom to make things happen.

You'll split your time between:

🧩 50% - Recruitment operations

• Running high-volume processes for graduate and internship roles

• Managing assessments and interviews

• Owning candidate experience end-to-end

• Handling admin, coordination, and communication touch-points

🎤 50% - Outreach & brand building

• Designing and attending campus events, fairs, and in-house days

• Building strong partnerships with universities and student groups

• Leading early engagement strategies across the Dutch and European market

• Using data to refine approaches and keep innovating

Profile

This role has been open for a while - because it's unique. We're looking for someone who doesn't just follow processes, but thinks critically, works smart, and truly gets what motivates people.

Must-haves:

✔️ 2+ years' experience in graduate/campus or high-volume recruitment (NL/EMEA market knowledge preferred)
✔️ Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships with confidence
✔️ A structured thinker who goes beyond the obvious in assessments and conversations
✔️ Comfortable with a fast pace, shifting priorities, and periods of heavy workload
✔️ Strong communication skills in English
✔️ Motivated, curious, and energized by teamwork

Please, you should not apply if:

You don't have experience in high volume of recruitment or previous Campus recruitment experience

At least 2 years in the field of Recruitment
