Job Description
We are a leading provider of aerial work platforms (AWPs) and construction equipment, seeking a detail-oriented Parts Specialist to manage our spare parts inventory and ensure efficient distribution to support our customers and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Parts Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming spare parts for aerial work platforms (e.g., scissor lifts, boom lifts).
- Organize parts in the warehouse using bin/shelf systems and update stock levels in ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP, Exact).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to minimize discrepancies.
Order Processing & Logistics:
- Pick, pack, and ship parts orders for customers, service centers, and field technicians.
- Prepare export documentation (if applicable) and coordinate with logistics providers (e.g., DHL, UPS).
- Handle returns, warranty claims, and defective part replacements.
Technical Support:
- Identify parts using equipment manuals, exploded diagrams, or OEM codes (e.g., Genie, JLG, Haulotte).
- Assist technicians and customers with part inquiries via phone/email.
Process Improvement:
- Propose solutions to optimize storage space and reduce obsolete stock.
- Collaborate with procurement to reorder critical parts and avoid shortages.

Gevraagd

Experience:
- 1+ years in parts warehousing, preferably in construction/heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial machinery.
- Familiarity with aerial platform parts (hydraulic systems, electrical components, bearings) is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficient in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Ability to read technical part catalogs and interpret engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of Dutch logistics terms (e.g., “orderverzamelen,” “voorraadbeheer”).
Languages:
- English (fluent, for international communication).
- Dutch (preferred, at least B1 level for local coordination).
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 25 kg and operate forklifts (certification is a plus).
