Maintenance Contract Manager (M/F/D)* Breda • TGW Systems

What you'll be handling:

• You manage customer expectations in line with contracted KPIs and provide relevant quality management information to both the customer and TGW management
• You will ensure that your teams are trained and kept up to date with health and safety legislation and safe working procedures
• You ensure the availability of sufficient resources to support customer sites and manage extraordinary needs for manpower when required
• You keep up to date with the technical aspects of TGW products and deliveries
• You identify efficiency improvements together with the management team of the customer
• You realise significant growth of service business year by year by maximising the potential of up-selling at existing customers and realising the maximum service scope at new customers, based on added value in a complex environment
• You build new service areas from green-field independently and autonomously develops the commercial / contractual / organisational side of a region’s service organisation in line with TGW guidelines. This includes the selection and establishment of contractual obligations with supplying partners
• You identify value-adding opportunities for customers that generate potential revenue for TGW, and develop marketing and sales plans in alignment with Business Development Management, the LTS Manager, and Area Management, setting ambitious targets
• You drive service innovation by defining new services to enhance the portfolio, and lead continuous improvements within the service organisation to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

What you'll need:

• You have previous experience in a contract management role within a Maintenance environment and are familiar with managing contracts on both legal and financial terms
• You have minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering and or Technology
• You have experience in managing and developing engineering teams
• You are familiar with making financial reports, setting up calculations, managing budget, cost control and setting up working with SLA agreements with supplying partners
• You have experience with CRM systems and providing management information to customers and TGW management 
• You are a motivated team player, who is able to deal with a large group of stakeholders both externally and within the TGW group
• You are an excellent communicator in English and Dutch (verbally and written) with strong relationship management skills
• You are living in the Netherlands region between Utrecht, Den Bosch, Tilburg and Dordrecht and you are willing to travel abroad for meetings with clients, TGW management, or other TGW entities
