As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring perfect order fulfillment within the order-to-cash process. You will act as the key connection between the organization and customers, providing end-to-end services and solutions

Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment of orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics, collaborating with plant/warehouse teams and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Proactively monitor open orders, resolving issues quickly to minimize disruptions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and third-party logistics providers.
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships across departments such as sales, supply chain, credit, and finance.
  • Update and maintain customer master data in SAP.
  • Process billing adjustments, including returns and credit/debit adjustments.
  • Support sales teams with order reports, data analysis, and communication with clients.
  • Investigate, document, and follow up on customer complaints.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements, addressing quality failures and recommending corrective actions.
  • Handle pricing entry and contract management tasks.
  • Issue customer invoices, collaborate with sales management for billing adjustments.
  • Assist the credit team with cash collections and manage overdue accounts.

Profile

  • Fluent English
  • At least 2 years of supply chain experience (can be logistics or O2C cycle - order management customer service)
  • Has a deep knowledge of SAP transactions and functionality (either familiar with the order management or the logistics transactions)
  • Resilient, adaptable to changes
  • Can easily build relationships
  • Great attention to the details, being precise
  • Is able to communicate effectively with other Departments, understands their process flows and the interactions with them
