As a Project Manager, you will join a team of three experienced colleagues who are there to support you with any questions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside your manager, Dirk-Jan, to take on the latest supply chain and warehouse projects, building them from a solid business case and structure. The themes vary, including customs, mechanization, WMS, TMS, facility, and sustainability projects. Your focus will be on implementing new customer requirements and optimizing existing solutions.

In summary, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing project specifications and plans, including risk management and budget monitoring;
• Leading project meetings and motivating project members to ensure timely delivery;
• Engaging in intensive discussions with internal and external customers about deliverables, budget, and timelines;
• Collaborating with stakeholders such as Business Development, Account Management, IT, Engineering, and Operations;
• Reporting on progress, bottlenecks, and risk management to various steering committees.

As a Project Manager, you should have the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics Management, IT, or Industrial Engineering;
• Several years of experience as an Engineer or Project Leader in a logistics or supply chain environment;
• Extensive knowledge of logistics business processes and concepts;
• Strong organizational skills combined with project management experience;
• Effective communication skills in English;
• Analytical, results-oriented, and balanced;
• Tactful, environmentally conscious, and a true team player.
