This organization is at a strategic growth stage in the data consultancy space, aiming to expand its leadership in Master Data Management and enterprise-wide data transformation. The biggest challenge? Scaling their impact by combining technical expertise with sharp strategic thinking, while guiding clients through complex data maturity journeys.

I’m looking for someone who:
· Has at least 5 years of experience designing and implementing data management frameworks
· Brings strong consulting experience and a proven track record with complex data projects
· Has deep knowledge of data governance, quality, literacy, and MDM tools and processes
· Speaks Dutch and English fluently and holds a Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field

Who is interested in:
· Leading end-to-end data management projects (strategy to implementation)
· Developing and expanding market propositions in Master Data Management
· Coaching and mentoring junior team members
· Becoming a sparring partner for C-level stakeholders in data-related decision-making
· Collaborating internationally within a large data & analytics community
