Tasks Corporate Treasury Director Risk
The treasury MT of our client operates in a complex, international network of in- and external stakeholders. The responsibility lies with all team members and you, as Director, mainly focus on risk. Of course this starts with FX and interest exposures, includes writing policies and managing a derivative portfolio, but goes beyond. You are involved, from your own expertise, in cash positioning, investments, funding, leasing and large procurement projects. You manage a team of two professionals and will be regularly involved in meetings with the CFO. You are expected to pick up tasks beyond your own.

Ideal Corporate Treasury Director
You are not a narrow-focused quant but your mathematical skills are strong and you can present a strong IR/FX track record, built with a corporate or bank. You take initiative and were involved in many other treasury tasks like cash management, investments and/or funding.
As a person you take initiative, show ownership and are on the path of manager towards leader. You easily connect with all stakeholders, understand the bigger picture and translate all input into smart risk management policies. You show a balanced ambition, not wanting to be a job-hopper but you are also not looking for the job that takes you into retirement.

The treasury team is relatively big but this does not lead to a situation that employees only work on a narrow set of tasks. The company culture is a mix of Dutch-informal-hands-on and international-professional-complex.

Remuneration and Process
Indication of the base salary is €130K, fringe benefits are at market level with some specific extras. Working from home is possible but fully remote not.
For candidates who qualify, further information is available. An assessment center (in person) will be part of the recruitment process. Our client recruited for this position before, Treasurer Search has taken over.
