Ben jij een ervaren Frontend Engineer met een passie voor moderne technologie, schaalbare architecturen en een fullstack mindset? Wil je werken aan applicaties die echt impact maken; van de eerste brainstorm tot de livegang? 

FinancialLease zoekt een Senior Engineer die energie krijgt van bouwen-from-scratch, technische vrijheid én een betrokken, no-nonsense team. 

Ons Digital Innovation team ontwikkelt slimme softwareoplossingen voor onze interne en externe gebruikers. Altijd met oog voor gebruiksgemak, schaalbaarheid en kwaliteit. We kiezen de technologie die het beste bij het project past: van React (Native) en TypeScript tot C#, Symfony en AWS. Bij ons bepaalt het project de techniek, niet andersom waarin jij veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid krijgt.

Wat ga je doen?

• Bouwen van moderne, API-first webapplicaties met React en TypeScript. 

• Sparren over software-architectuur, tech stack keuzes en UX – jij denkt in oplossingen en omarmt nieuwe tools en technieken waar nodig. 

• Intensief samenwerken met backend developers (C#/Symfony), UX-designers en stakeholders. 

• Werken aan zowel greenfield projecten als migraties van bestaande applicaties. 

• Ownership nemen over het volledige traject: van concept tot productie. 

Wat bieden wij?

• Salaris tussen €4.500 en €5.500, afhankelijk van ervaring, plus een opleidingsbudget om te groeien in je stack en architectuurrol. 

• Hybride werken: 2-3 dagen op kantoor in Maarssen, de rest vanuit huis. 

• Veel autonomie, korte lijnen en echte betrokkenheid bij het eindproduct.

• Mogelijkheid om zelf tools en technologieën te kiezen die het beste passen bij het project.

Wat breng je mee?

We zoeken een technisch onderlegde engineer met visie: 

• Je hebt 4+ jaar ervaring in frontend development met React en TypeScript (must-have). 

• Je bent fullstack óf hebt de ambitie om daarin te groeien (bijv. met C#, Symfony, API’s). 

• Je schakelt makkelijk tussen development, architectuur en overleg met stakeholders. 

• Je hebt affiniteit met moderne DevOps (CI/CD, testautomatisering, cloud, AWS is een pre). 

• Je bent communicatief sterk, teamgericht, spreekt Nederlands of Engels en hebt een builder-mentaliteit: je werkt graag aan schaalbare oplossingen met impact.

Are you an experienced Frontend Engineer with a passion for modern technology, scalable architectures and a full-stack mindset? Do you want to work on applications that make real impact; from initial brainstorming to going live?

Financiallease is looking for a Senior Engineer who is energized by build-from-scratch, technical freedom and an engaged, no-nonsense team.

Our Digital Innovation team develops smart software solutions for our internal and external users. Always with an eye for ease of use, scalability and quality. With us, the project determines the technology, not the other way around and you get a lot of autonomy and responsibility.

Our modern office next to Maarssen station is fully equipped, including F1 Play chairs, dart boards and a well-stocked Grand Café. But of course it's more than that: we build applications that accelerate our business, together with people who take ownership and put quality first.

What will you do?

• Build modern, API-first web applications with React and TypeScript

• Sparring on software architecture, tech stack choices and UX

• Collaborate with backend developers (C#/Symfony), UX designers and stakeholders

• Working on greenfield projects and migrations of existing apps

• Taking ownership of the entire process: from concept to production

• Embracing new tools and techniques where necessary - you think in solutions

What we offer

• Salary: €4.500 - €5.500 (depending on experience)

• Training budget and room to grow in your stack and architecture role

• Hybrid working: 2-3 days at the office in Maarssen, rest at home

What we expect from you?

We are looking for a technically savvy engineer with vision:

• Has 4+ years of experience with frontend development (React + TypeScript is must)

• Has Fullstack experience or who is ambitious to grow in it (C#, Symfony, APIs)

• Can switch between development, architecture and consultation with stakeholders

• Has affinity with modern DevOps (CI/CD, test automation, cloud - AWS is a plus)

• Is communicatively strong, team-oriented and not afraid to speak his/her mind

• Is a builder: you want to contribute to scalable solutions with real impact

• Speaks English or Dutch (our team is international)
