Your role as Assistant Accounting Manager

As an Assistant Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial administration within Teleperformance. You will oversee the Dutch administration and accounting, including associated tax obligations. You will support month-end and year-end closings, financial statements, tax filings, and act as the first point of contact within the team. Additionally, you will work closely with the Accounting Manager and contribute to the optimization of financial processes.

Your key responsibilities:

• Supporting the finance team;
  
• Managing and reviewing GL accounts in collaboration with the Financial Controller;
  
• Recording and managing fixed assets in the LN database;
  
• Preparing and monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings;
  
• Preparing and reviewing tax filings (including VAT) for the Netherlands;
  
• Overseeing administration and accounting in the Netherlands, ensuring compliance with local regulations;
  
• Assisting with CBS reports and cash reconciliations;
  
• Handling ad hoc financial matters.

What you Bring:

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Administration;
  
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
  
• Knowledge and experience in financial closings and financial statement processes;
  
• Experience with Dutch accounting and tax regulations.
