As a line operator, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. You actively work on the line and simultaneously guide your colleagues to achieve optimal results together. Safety, efficiency, and quality are your top priorities. You monitor the process, promptly identify deviations, and intervene when necessary to minimize disruptions. In case of product or process deviations, you take immediate action, always adhering to food safety and hygiene guidelines. Additionally, you play a crucial role in guiding and training (new) colleagues, ensuring everyone knows what is expected of them. You work closely with other departments and actively contribute ideas for improvements in work methods and output. You resolve minor technical issues yourself and perform initial maintenance tasks on the line. You are also vigilant in preventing waste and contribute to achieving planned production numbers and quality goals. Your dedication and insight make a difference within the team and directly contribute to the organization's success.

Wij vragen:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the food industry is a plus);
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene guidelines (such as HACCP);
- You are proactive, result-oriented, and solution-focused;
- You have a good command of the Dutch language and can manage in English;
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week in a 2-shift system and occasionally on Saturdays.
