As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers and sales representatives. You will play a key role in ensuring high customer satisfaction by managing orders, answering inquiries, and proactively solving potential issues.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Managing customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handling customer inquiries via email, phone, or other channels.
• Resolving order-related issues, such as delays, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, supply chain, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining customer records and order documentation in our system.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Must-Have Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service, order management, or sales support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
