Wat ga je allemaal doen?
As a concrete production employee you are responsible for manufacturing concrete products according to the set quality standards and specifications. Unlike the past, nowadays it is (robot) machines that do most of the work. In other words, it is still physical work, but not as heavy anymore due to the machines that take over parts of the work. You work in a team of professionals and contribute to the production process of concrete elements. You will be involved in light physical work, such as keeping the production machines clean and ultimately operating overhead cranes and possibly machines. There is a relaxed atmosphere within this company. Of course there is work going on, but not with enormous pressure. A lot is done about employee satisfaction. For example, a free Physiotherapist is available every Wednesday if you need help with anything.
