Nouvall Engineering Services is specialized in project support for the (petro) chemical, IT and maritime industry. We provide expertise in the field of Engineering, Project Management, Maintenance, Shutdowns, Construction and Safety.

Housekeeping & access
• Ensure that the working areas are free of dunnage and other wastes.
• Ensure that zoning is conspicuously marked and respected.
• Control authorization and access to the warehouse facilities.
• Plant is charged in dedicated areas.
• An accurate inventory (with location coordinates) is maintained and up to date on dedicated platform.
• Plant is certified and documentation available for inspection.
• Liaises with persons responsible for fire-fighting appliances in warehouse facilities.
• Maintains a full First Aid Kit covering the warehouse facilities.
• Support Company Values and Policies.
• Reports any material damage, maintenance requirements or theft of equipment to Yard Coordinator.

Shipment expedition & receiving
• Inbound shipments are received with proper documentation.
• Goods are received in SAP or McMain and the consignee is notified.
• Manifests are verified by referencing relevant Purchase Orders and any deviations flagged.
• Checklist for inbound and outbound shipments is completed.

Customs & Bonded area
• Raising and controlling Customs documentation.
• Maintaining the integrity of the Bonded area(s).
• Recording all communications with Authorities.

Asset storage & integrity
• Ensure that offshore equipment is stored in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions including environmental conditions.
• Develop care and maintenance schedule for equipment where applicable.
• Movements and securing of equipment are properly planned incorporating risk assessments and toolbox briefings.

Control of Hazardous Materials
• All hazardous materials, substances or preparations are received and catalogued with latest SDS as Downstream User.
• Storage being compliant with regulations and recommended practices.
• Distribution is consistent with Company procedures (the HAZMAT Assessment has been completed) and worksite containers are properly marked to identify contents.

Delegate responsibilities to the Assistant Warehouse Coordinator and training
• Schedule the daily work of the Assistant Warehouse Coordinator.
• Provide training schedule and Personal Development Plan.

• Secondary education (technical)
• VCA certified
• Experience in Offshore or Maritime Industry
• Familiarity with best practices
• Results oriented
• Microsoft Office skills
• SAP knowledge or at least willing to learn
• Strong team spirit
