What will you do?

• Proactively involves themselves in various L&D projects, takes initiative and responsibility, and values collaboration and communication.
• Is involved in the ownership of our L&D Instagram account and creates engaging contentfor our audience.
• Prepares relevant communication for various stakeholder groups related to L&D Projects.
• Plays an operational and organizational role when coordinating global training activities; sending out invites, arranging locations, hotel accommodation, goodies etc.
• Acts as a support for our global HKM Academy (learning platform).
• Helps with the development of professional and on-brand presentations for the team to use when presenting projects or facilitating training.

About you!

• In your 3rd or 4th year of your Bachelor or in a Master program, studying towards a degree related to HRor Business/Retail;
• Available from September 2025 for a minimum of 4 days a week;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, and preferably one other language;
• Able to deal with deadlines and multiple priorities;
• PowerPoint and Excel Skills;
• Creative tool skills e.g. Canva;
• Pro-active and you take initiative; you have a ‘get things done' mentality;
• Self-aware: you know what your qualities and areas of attention are;
• Sees feedback as a learning opportunity.

• Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
• Travel Allowance: Max. 11,50€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.
• Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop. Also, company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks.

Eligibility Criteria

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2025. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

• You are an EU citizen,
• You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
