We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity specialist to join a dynamic team that focuses on simulating real-world threats to evaluate and improve defensive security postures. In this role, you will plan and execute simulated attack scenarios across a range of complex digital environments to assess the effectiveness of detection, response, and containment strategies. This includes engaging directly with senior stakeholders across diverse industries to communicate findings and recommend strategies for resilience against cyber threats.
You will lead compact offensive security teams, design bespoke attack methods, and provide technical direction throughout assessments. The role also involves crafting high-impact reports and delivering briefings tailored to both executive and technical audiences. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where innovation, advanced research, and knowledge-sharing are deeply valued.
Requirements for this Role
- Hands-on experience operating in UNIX-like systems and resolving issues across varied environments
- Strong coding and scripting proficiency with at least one or more of the following: Python, Bash, or compiled languages
- Familiarity with modifying or evading endpoint defenses and detection technologies through advanced tooling or exploit techniques
- Practical knowledge of offensive frameworks or platforms used in simulated engagements
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, with working experience in popular virtual hosting ecosystems and their services
- Deep understanding of enterprise-level directory systems and privilege modeling
- Familiarity with both simulated breach exercises and cooperative threat simulations
- Knowledge of widely accepted security benchmarks and adversary behavior models
- Skilled in translating technical findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

- Advanced research capability for developing or refining bespoke testing tools and methodologies

- Ethical approach to security testing with an emphasis on responsible disclosure and client confidentiality
Preferences
- Minimum of 5 years in roles focused on offensive or adversarial security operations
- Prior experience in private sector environments, particularly large enterprise or high-stakes industries
- Knowledge of social engineering methodologies, including email-based entry techniques
- Experience with low-level systems analysis or reverse engineering
- Familiarity with embedded systems analysis or hardware-level attack vectors
- Understanding of infrastructure-as-code tools and automated environment deployment
- Exposure to physical security evaluation, including contactless device testing or access control analysis
- Degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering
- Commitment to obtaining advanced industry-recognized certifications in penetration testing or adversarial simulation within the first year
