Are you not afraid to roll up your sleeves? As a production worker you will work with your team to make strong concrete elements for a variety of construction projects.

As a production worker in the building elements department, you will be working on a daily basis to make custom concrete parts for construction. You will work with your team on an efficient production process and ensure consistent quality in everything you do.

• In day shift you work 7:45-16:30
• In two shifts you work 06.30 - 14.30 / 14.30 - 23.00

Your duties include:

• Building up elements and placing pouring facilities
• Pouring concrete and unloading products
• Working with overhead cranes, hall cranes and other necessary equipment
• Checking and maintaining the quality of the production process
• Working together with your team for a smooth and high-quality production
• In this way, you will actively contribute to solid end products that you can be proud of.

• Salary up to €3,115 per month + 12 ADV days paid out
• Shift allowance (2 shifts) 115%
• Year-end bonus

Job requirements

We are looking for someone with a completed vmbo education, who can work well together in a team. You have a flexible attitude, are willing to work overtime and preferably have a good command of the Dutch language. In addition, you can express yourself well in English or German. Experience in a production environment is a plus, and having already worked with an overhead crane is definitely an advantage.
