You'll be in charge of picking and packing products accurately in the warehouse, while also keeping the workspace clean and well-organized.

Description

• Gain hands-on experience in receiving, shipping, and warehousing processes.

• Operate equipment such as Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), cranes, or box trucks with a strong focus on safety and best practices.

• Gather relevant information to identify the root cause of problems and understand their context.

• Research similar issues and known solutions to resolve basic or routine challenges.

• Follow defined troubleshooting steps to resolve issues effectively, escalating when necessary.

• Stay engaged during discussions by taking notes and asking thoughtful, clarifying questions.

• Be mindful of non-verbal communication cues (e.g., body language) when interacting with others.

• Repeat and paraphrase key points to confirm mutual understanding.

• Collaborate with supervisors to set work goals and priorities, managing time efficiently to meet expectations.

• Maintain focus on key tasks without getting distracted by lower-priority items or interruptions.

• Show reliability and punctuality by meeting deadlines and completing tasks promptly.

• Adhere to and actively support workplace safety protocols.

• Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse through 5S principles.

Profile

• High School Diploma or Equivalent;
• Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack and other non-powered warehouse equipment preferred;
• Some warehousing experience preferred;
• Ability to lift 25 kg;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Working in day-shifts;
• Embraces Feedback and driven to develop personal skills;
