As a Customer Service Representative for the Danish market, you are the first point of contact for our Danish dealers and consumers via phone, email, and chat. You ensure a seamless customer journey and have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include answering questions and solving problems for both B2B and B2C clients, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, processing customer contacts and orders administratively, actively coordinating with logistics partners and colleagues both domestically and internationally, contributing to improvement projects (Lean methodology), and providing backup for your Dutch colleagues when needed. Wij vragen:

- You speak and write fluent Danish and good Dutch (minimum B2 level);
- You have completed an MBO or HBO education, preferably in a commercial field;
- You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support;
- You are a strong communicator who remains calm under pressure;
- You are proactive, independent, empathetic, and commercially minded;
- You enjoy picking up the phone and always think one step ahead;
- You have an affinity for bicycles or are eager to learn more about them.
