At KVE Composites Repair, you’ll work on the front line of aviation quality. As a Quality & Safety Assistant, you’ll support audits, documentation, and compliance—laying the groundwork for a future role as Quality Manager. You’ll work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure all maintenance activities meet EASA standards. From audit prep to supporting investigations, you’ll help keep the quality system up-to-date and effective. This role is designed with growth in mind—giving you space to build toward a future leadership position in aviation compliance.

You will:

• Help prepare and support internal, external, and customer audits
• Maintain and update QMS and SMS documentation
• Support the handling of non-conformities, including root cause analysis
• Monitor compliance with EASA Part-145 and internal procedures
• Coordinate with auditors, customers, and authorities
• Keep calibration, training, and compliance records up to date
• Assist in improvement projects and cross-functional tasks

You’re methodical, curious, and eager to understand how aviation compliance works. You enjoy working in a well-organized environment and are confident handling documentation, audits, and technical standards. Experience helps—but mindset matters most.

You have:

• Experience in aviation or another regulated industry
• Understanding of quality, compliance, or maintenance support
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and quality systems
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently
• Ambition to grow into a leadership role over time
