Join our dynamic team as a Team Leader at Bleckmann Roosendaal, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our department. You will be responsible for improving productivity and efficiency by proposing changes to activities and methods, aiming to enhance services and boost customer satisfaction. Your role includes minimizing errors, reducing lead times, and maintaining effective communication within and outside the department. You will also co-execute personnel policies and departmental planning, and take over various tasks during the Supervisor's absence. Your proactive contributions to our continuous improvement methodology will be highly valued.
