Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s business customer base and ensuring top-notch service for clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Expanding customer relationships: Identify and approach new business customers, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.
  • Client advisory: Provide expert advice on products and services to encourage repeat business.
  • Relationship management: Maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and personal attention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions and service.
  • Providing practical advice: Support customers with logistics, international transactions, and inventory management.
