In this role as a production worker, you will earn a gross hourly wage between €17.35 and €18.56 (including three-shift allowance), receive travel expense reimbursement, and have the opportunity to earn a €500 bonus each quarter! As a production worker, you will learn various glass processing techniques such as cutting glass, bending frames, insulating glass, or operating the sealant machine. These processes are carried out on separate production lines. Your team and team leader will assist you in operating the line. After approximately 3 to 4 months of training, you will move on to the next line.
