About the role:

As an HR Administration employee, you will play a key role in supporting the backbone of our organization. You play a vital role in ensuring all mutations are properly administrated in SAP and Workday so they match our policies. With your Microsoft Excel skills you are able to perform the necessary preparation for the next payroll. You are able to apply our employment conditions and legal regulations (i.e. CLA Metalektro) correctly and will dive into the details when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Address HR-related inquiries and provide assistance with payroll, benefits, and compliance matters.
  • Prepare and update HR documents, such as employment contracts, onboarding guides, and policies.
  • Create reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
  • Work together with different stakeholders from technical operators to management.
  • Play a vital role in the correct administration of illness and other types of leave.
Profile
  • Vocational or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR.

  • Knowledge of Workday, SAP or any other related system.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of legal regulations, demonstrated through certifications or training participation.

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent in the Dutch and English language, written and spoken.
