YOUR TASKS

Your tasks as Real Estate Manager:

• Portfolio management and further development of the portfolio of approx. 350 stores in Benefrux, Spain and the Nordics.
• Responsibility for successful collaboration with landlords, Real estate companies and developers.
• Expansion and relocations - Preparation of location and profitability analyses for potential new stores and for relocations, lease negotiations, legal contracts and align with internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuous optimization of leases incl. result-oriented negotiation of leases and terms.
• Creative thinking for different projects (out-of the-box).
• Enjoy what you do and be a strong networker and a team-player!

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies or specific training with appropriate Real Estate professional experience.
• Knowledge of managing a Real Estate portfolio and optimization of a portfolio, preferably in Retail.
• Very good market knowledge and network in (Retail) Real Estate.
• (Creative) Entrepreneurial thinking (problem solver), negotiation skills and high communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to our stores and international landlords.
• High level in English (speak and in writing).
