Position Overview
Based in Amsterdam, the Nurse role at Qualevita, reporting directly to the Patient Care Manager, holds significant strategic and operational importance within the organization. This position is important for in-patient management, as well as in enhancing patient experience in collaboration with Qualevita’s clients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team at our esteemed Anti-Aging Clinic. As a Nurse specializing in intravenous therapy and blood extractions, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support within our innovative clinic environment. Working closely with our medical team, you will be responsible for executing various clinical procedures aimed at enhancing our patients’ well-being and vitality.
Scope of Responsibilities
Administer nurse care for patients efficiently and compassionately.
Blood Extraction:
Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques to collect blood samples from patients for diagnostic testing and analysis.
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of blood specimens according to established protocols and regulatory standards.
Intravenous Drip Preparation and Administration:
Prepare intravenous solutions and medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Administer intravenous therapy to patients, monitoring infusion rates and vital signs throughout the procedure.
Maintain accurate documentation of IV therapy administration and patient response.
Ensure patients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their clinic visits, addressing any concerns or anxieties.
Advocate for patients’ needs and preferences within the clinic, collaborating with medical staff to tailor treatment plans to individual patient requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and respect patients’ privacy rights at all times, adhering to ethical and legal standards of nurse care.
Patient Document Management:
Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure patients complete all necessary
documentation prepared by Qualevita.Educate patients on the purpose and importance of consent forms, medical history
questionnaires, and other required documents.Verify the accuracy and completeness of patient information to facilitate seamless clinic operations.
Patient Assessment for Intravenous Therapy:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments prior to initiating intravenous therapy.
Includes reviewing medical history, current medications, and allergies, assessing vital signs, evaluating venous access sites, and performing physical examinations to ensure patient safety and optimize treatment outcomes.
Collection of Biomaterial Substances:
Collect various biomaterial substances, in addition to blood, for different tests as required by healthcare providers.
Include urine samples, saliva samples, or other bodily fluids, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and patient comfort throughout the collection process.
Patient Care and Support:
Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients undergoing intravenous therapy and blood extraction procedures.
Assess patient comfort levels, address concerns, and respond promptly to any adverse reactions or complications.
Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients throughout their clinic visit.
Collaborative Teamwork:
Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment plans, and quality improvement initiatives.

Patient / Customer Centric: Qualevita goes to market through multi-gender, multiple customer channels, ex HNWI customers. We need a Nurse who is skilled across all customer channels. Their experience should include patient satisfaction, patient retention, with a full complement of patient service tools, like communication, collaboration, and energetic.

Candidates should possess a tacit understanding, as well as real-world experience, operating specifically in the Health & Wellness sector with an understanding of the broader Healthcare ecosystem. Degree in nursing.
Proficiency in English & Dutch required for effective communication with patients and medical staff.
Active nursing license in The Netherlands.
Clinical experience in a healthcare setting, focus on intravenous therapy and phlebotomy.
Proficiency in venipuncture and capillary blood collection techniques.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, infection control practices, and patient privacy laws.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical documentation software.
CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), and First Aid certification (offered by Qualevita).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to patient care.
Familiarity with medical terminology, basic understanding of healthcare procedures preferred.
