Description of assignment
To build and sustain a High Performance Culture within Vanderlande, the processes (internal and external) as well as supporting systems and the data in those systems should be identified, set up properly and trained to the related people and organisation.
Department description
High Performance Facilitators Team. This team reports into the Project Execution Team and has a lot of dotted lines into Strategic Programmes and other regions such as UK, Middle East and LATAM.
Tasks/responsibilities
- Identify and draft up internal and external processes (including related deliverables) for enabling our High Performance Culture
- Set up system and train people and organisation into drafted processes (including heartbeat,
reporting out, communication, etc)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Patience and resilience
- Inquisitive and self-starter
- *Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands.
