Vacancy: (Senior) Project Manager – Logistics & Industrial Construction
Location: Bergen op Zoom
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take full ownership of large-scale construction projects across Europe? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you lead from concept to completion? The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of logistics and industrial construction projects – from design through to delivery. Operating within a design & build framework, you will coordinate internal teams and external contractors to deliver tailor-made facilities such as distribution centers and cold storage warehouses. Your focus: quality, efficiency, functionality, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all phases: design, planning, and execution
Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules
Manage contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors
Handle contract negotiations and contractual compliance
Lead construction teams on-site and ensure timely progress
Conduct risk assessments and enforce quality standards
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety, construction, and environmental regulations
Oversee project handovers and lead post-completion evaluations

Proven experience in managing construction projects
Strong knowledge of design & build methodologies
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Skilled in budgeting, risk management, and contract negotiation
Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset
Fluent in English, Dutch is recommended
Proficient with project management tools and software
