As an Order Picker/Packer you start with a quick training. On your first day you will learn how to work with everything within Lidl Online Roosendaal:

• If you are an Order Picker, you will pick non-food items from the Lidl Online warehouse with a hand scanner and put them in your cart. This job involves taking 15,000 steps a day.
• If you are in the Packaging department, you will pack orders.
• You will ensure that all customers get their orders home correctly and on time.
• In the Lidl Online warehouse, you will work closely with colleagues from different departments to ensure that all processes are carried out as timely and efficiently as possible. 
• You will work flexible working hours, in 2 shifts, from 06:00 to 23:00. Together we will determine the right working hours for you.

In Roosendaal you can find our e-commerce distribution center of Lidl. This new company is part of Lidl International and responsible for the logistics services of our e-commerce activities. From here (after the opening) non-food items are collected daily and sent to our webshop customers throughout Western Europe.

• Gross hourly salary €14,21 (opportunity for a performance-based increase in the hourly gross wage after 13 weeks)
• 40 hours per week, 2 shifts (06:00 - 14:15 / 15:15 - 23:30)
