For our headquarters in Veghel, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with a strong focus on sustainability and carbon footprint reduction. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and business development, providing sustainable solutions and driving sales. You will work closely with customers to analyse their needs, develop tailored solutions, and support them in reducing their environmental impact.

YourResponsibilities:

• Identify and promote sustainability solutions with a focus on carbon footprint reduction

• Provide technical consultation and support in developing sustainable products and services

• Assist Sales Managers in identifying customer needs and translating them into sales concepts

• Conduct market research and stay updated on sustainability trends and regulations

• Develop competitive proposals and quotations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements

• Support the conversion of technical layouts into pricing specifications

• Help manage pricing and procurement specifications for multiple projects

• Participate in project handovers and on-site implementation to ensure smooth execution

What do we ask from you?

• Completed a degree in mechatronics engineering, logistics or a comparable field of study

• First experience with sales processes, ideally within the automated material handling industry or a related industry and a focus on carbon footprint measurement and reduction strategies

• Analytical skills, you can create concept solutions based on your analysis and understanding of our customers' logistic processes.

• Proficient communicational skills, you have a creative and efficient approach to building professional client relationships

• Experience in working within an international professional environment,
  preferably a project-driven organization

• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written,
  as well as willingness to travel up to 10%
