We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Media Buyer to manage and scale high-impact Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for our client. This fully remote role is ideal for a data-driven expert with a strong focus on lead generation, ROI, and efficient budget management. If you are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess a hands-on approach, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns with an emphasis on lead generation and maximizing ROI.

  • Manage and scale significant media budgets to drive growth across multiple markets.

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily, ensuring performance, pacing, and profitability.

  • Run structured A/B tests (audiences, creatives, copy, placements, landing pages) to enhance campaign performance.

  • Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies for improvement.

  • Ensure precision in tracking, reporting, and execution, maintaining high standards of accuracy.

  • Ensure all ad content is compliant with Meta’s policies and internal guidelines.

  • Collaborate with the Creative Studio team to brief and iterate on creatives for campaigns.

  • Proactively identify new market opportunities, trends, and growth channels.

  • Report campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.



Gevraagd

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).

  • Proven experience in managing large media budgets and driving profitable results.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Excel/Sheets for campaign analysis.

  • Highly organized with a structured approach to testing and reporting.

  • Attention to detail is essential—nothing escapes your notice when it comes to tracking, copy, or numbers.

  • Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
