You are responsible for managing facility-related projects and its real estate, ensuring an optimal and future-proof working environment. Your main goal is to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from office redesigns and workplace optimization to process improvements and sustainability initiatives. You ensure smooth execution while keeping operational continuity in mind. Additionally, you provide strategic advice on improvements, develop project plans, and execute them together with your colleagues and stakeholders. 

In this specific case, we are looking for someone with a background in facility management, experience in real estate and handling projects. 

You;

• Aspire to be the project lead within facility management.

• Oversee and optimize office spaces and facility processes. 
• Continuously look for improvements to increase efficiency, including automation.

• Ensure compliance with facility and safety regulations. 

• 7 years of working experience
• Experience in negotiating rental contracts with landlords
• Ability to quickly understand and manage facility-related projects. 
• Availability as off 24h a week
• Self-motivated and proactive in self-development. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• A good communicator, both written and verbal (Dutch & English). Can effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders. 
• Understanding of workplace management, facility operations, and process optimization. 
• Knowledge of sustainability standards and building regulations. 
• Experience with workplace technology and smart building solutions. 
• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being capable of working independently. 
• Independent thinking and good judgment are necessary to respond to challenges appropriately. 
• Good stakeholder management skills
