You will be joining an international leader in heavy lifting and transport operations, active across industries such as petrochemicals, construction, offshore, and energy. Known for its innovative solutions and deep technical expertise, the organization specializes in moving, installing, and dismantling large and complex structures. 

The company is currently undergoing a global transformation, focused on aligning processes and implementing a unified way of working across regions. Technology plays a key role in this, driving smarter planning, collaboration, and execution. A core part of this transformation is strengthening IT support, including real-time reporting and efficient service delivery. 

As a Service Desk Employee, you will be part of this transformation and contribute to improving IT services within a dynamic, technical environment.

Salary
A gross monthly salary ranging from €2,700,- to €3,600,- depending on your knowledge and experience. 

  

Wij zoeken

  • You have a mbo degree in IT or relevant work experience in the IT support field;
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role;
  • You are certified in relevant IT systems and applications, and familiar with ITIL or ISM processes;
  • You have working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 applications;
  • You are comfortable troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues independently;
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
  • You are available for 32 hours per week.

You will manage incident and change processes, troubleshoot standard IT workspace problems, and accurately log, document, and follow up on all requests. You’ll guide users through troubleshooting steps and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. 

Based in the Netherlands and part of an international team, you will primarily support users during CET office hours. Beyond daily support, you’ll also contribute to process improvements, share knowledge within the team, and stay aligned with internal tools, systems, and procedures.
