Are you an experienced Quality Manager looking for the next step in your career within an international production environment? For a client in the Venlo region, we are looking for a Quality Manager who thrives on improving quality systems and leading a team. This is a direct placement with our client via recruitment and selection, starting with a one-year contract. Depending on your experience and qualifications, the gross monthly salary ranges between €4,500 and €5,200.As Quality Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of 10 to 15 QA/QC professionals and ensure continuous compliance with product quality and food safety standards. You will manage and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS), ensure adherence to BRC, HACCP, and ISO standards, and oversee both internal and external audits. In addition, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and certification bodies. This position requires a strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach. You will report directly to the Plant Manager and play a key role in shaping the company’s quality strategy.

Wat wij vragen
We are looking for a results-driven professional with the following qualifications:
A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field
Proven experience in a senior quality management role, preferably in the food, pharmaceutical, or packaging industry
Solid knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and ISO standards
Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop a team
An analytical and detail-oriented working style combined with strong communication skills
Fluency in Dutch and/or English
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with QMS tools
A direct contract with our client through recruitment and selection
A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment
A competitive gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €5,200, depending on your experience
