Then feel welcome in our beautiful and modern family hotel in the heart of Venlo, where you will work with state-of-the-art kitchen equipment and a kitchen that ranks among the absolute best. As Souschef, you will coordinate and arrange the execution of the work in the absence of the Chef de cuisine. Join us and be part of a team that strives for culinary perfection!- Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that high quality, tasty dishes are served every day;
- You give the kitchen team energy and direction by directing, guiding and giving feedback where necessary - including to pupils and trainees;
- You have an active role in arranging and monitoring daily purchasing and stock;
- You will think about new recipes and contribute to renewing and improving the menu;
- You ensure a neat, hygienic and well-organised kitchen in which work can be done pleasantly and efficiently.
Gevraagd
- You have already made the necessary metres in the kitchen and run effortlessly thanks to your experience as an (independent) cook.
- You know how to lead a team and how to involve colleagues in a positive way.
- You like an overview, plan your work smartly and know exactly what needs to be done when.
- For you, only the best is good enough: you work accurately, have an eye for detail and bring creativity to every dish.
- You are flexible and have no problem working weekends and public holidays.

- A gross monthly salary of €2.800 to €3.400;
