This company in Moerdijk is looking for an Operator! You’ll work in a 2- or 3-shift schedule and earn between € 17,65 and € 22,17 per hour, including a 19.31% shift allowance. Read on to find out what this role has to offer!Wat ga je doen?
As an Operator, you make sure the machines work well. These machines produce compost for growing mushrooms. You set up the machines, watch how they work, and fix small problems. You also check if the quality is good. You follow safety and hygiene rules. Together with your team, you help keep the production process running smoothly.
You will work in a 3-shift schedule. The shifts are:
- Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00
- Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00
There is also an option to work in an 8-week rotation with 2 shifts. You will work early and late shifts in turn. In this schedule, you work 3 out of 8 Saturdays and 1 night shift on Sunday.
Wat wij bieden
- You will earn between € 17,65 and € 22,17 gross per hour, including shift allowance. This depends on your experience;
- You will receive 100% extra pay from Saturday 18:00 to Monday 06:00;
- You get a fixed expense allowance of € 1,73 per day;
- You get a travel allowance of € 0,23 per kilometer, up to 25 km one way;
- You will receive 8,33% holiday pay and 25 vacation days per year;
- You will work in a friendly and informal team;
- You will have training opportunities to learn more about technical work.
- At least 1 year of experience in Logistics or as an Operator;
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including some weekends.
