The Sports Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Business Affairs & Operations and supports the GTS Sports Marketing Team. The role is an enabler and critical to the Team's success, solving problems and enhancing operational processes.

The role performs a wide range of operational responsibilities, including responding tactfully and promptly to inquiries and problems within the established authority; handling confidential information. In true Nike fashion, this position will partner closely with teams to not only execute daily tasks, but continually improve processes, achieve efficiencies, and deliver quality results timely.

• Manage ARAVO, NikeFlow & TheLocker setup for Athletes & External Partners
• Utilize appropriate tracking tools and follow through on issue resolution to ensure timely delivery and coverage of product to be able to service our athletes
• Contract coverage to ensure that POs are issued
• Reporting analysis and risk escalation
• TheLocker audit and management

• A hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated Operations excellence;
• Brand Marketing operations knowledge from brand design to retail and event production;
• Demonstrated financial/budgeting accountability;
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders;
• Category experience preferred.
