Are you an Operator looking for a new fulltime opportunity in Almelo? Do you want to work in an international environment where the scent of freshly baked bread and cookies surrounds you every day? Bolletje, a well-known name in the Dutch baking industry, is looking for motivated operators to strengthen their production team!

What do we expect from you
As an operator at our production facility in Almelo, you play a crucial role in the baking process. You'll ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our machines while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities include:
·       Replenishing ingredients and materials for production;
·       Monitoring and optimizing production processes;
·       Identifying, solving, and preventing technical faults;
·       Independently setting, adjusting, and cleaning machines;
·       Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

You’ll start in a 3-shift schedule (morning, afternoon, night), with the possibility of moving to 5-shift work after training.

What are we looking for
We’re looking for a proactive, flexible team player who brings positive energy to the workplace. Ideal candidates should have:
·       Fulltime availability in 3-shifts (willing to work 5-shifts in the future);
·       Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
·       Willingness to learn Dutch (a plus);
·       Experience as a Operator, preferably in the food industry;
·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

What do we offer

·       A gross hourly wage between €20,56 and €28,76 (including shift bonuses), depending on experience;
·       Travel allowance (€0.23 per km, starting from 10 km);
