Your new role
Your new roleWe are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager Engineering to lead and execute small to medium-sized biopharmaceutical projects at our Amsterdam manufacturing site. The role involves managing projects from definition to handover, ensuring they meet safety, quality, capital, and schedule requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
What you’ll need to succeedM.Sc./B.Sc. in Engineering or Technology.5+ years of Technical Project Management experience in relevant industries (Pharma/Biotech/Medical Device/Chemical/Food/Semiconductor).Preferred certifications: CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE II.Proficiency in project management tools and software (Microsoft Project).Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and regulatory requirements.Familiarity with GAMP validation model and ASTM E2500.Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.High emotional intelligence and negotiation skills.

What you’ll get in return Hays Detachering | This is a project that will start with a contract for 12 months through Hays. Extension to stay within the department is anticipated. In this position, you will get a competitive salary and your travel expenses are covered.
