Functie omschrijvingYou will ensure that the advanced packaging lines perform optimally by:
- Accurately adjusting, operating and monitoring the machines so that each cheese is packed perfectly;
- Managing one or two production employees, ensuring a smooth workflow;
- Performing minor maintenance and troubleshooting efficiently to minimize downtime;
- Working in a 3-shift system, enjoying flexible working hours and attractive benefits.
- Technical background or experience in a similar position;
- Affinity with food or packaging (at least 2 years);
- Excellent technical insight and problem solving skills;
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English, for good communication with colleagues;
- A team player who combines hard work with fun, to achieve top results together with your team.
- A competitive salary between €3,029 and €3,321 gross per month (including shift allowance) based on 36 hours, tailored to your experience;
- Travel allowance, 8% holiday allowance, and 24 holidays with buy/sell option;
