Are you a problem solver who likes to make clients happy? Do you like cars and have mechanical knowledge? Our client, an international insurance company, is looking for a Automotive Claims Associate who will play a central role in managing technical claims. Your responsibilities include claim assessment, audits, client communication, and general administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluate technical automotive claims.
- Conduct audits on automotive claims.
- Provide technical knowledge training to internal staff and collaborate with European teams.
- Assist in implementing new programs, manage administrative tasks, and handle various responsibilities, including phone calls, and policy administration.

Requirements:
- English Fluent
