Europe's leading developer, and manager of upscale designer retail destinations is currently looking for a Dutch and English speaking Tourism Sales Executive in Roermond Netherlands. You will develop and implement effective tourism strategies to maximise revenue and attract international visitors. The candidate will manage trade partnerships, create innovative sales strategies, and deliver operational excellence in tourism activities. They will also track sales data, present reports, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. This is a 7 month FTC contract with potential to be extended or become permanent.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience in sales and business development, especially in the tourism and travel trade sectors.
  • Highly sales-oriented and results-driven, with a strong sense of commercial awareness.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, motivated by achieving targets and objectives.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects efficiently.
  • Flexible and self-motivated, able to perform well under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.

Ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, ideally within tourism, travel, or hospitality sectors. They demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets with KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with trade partners and identify business opportunities.
  • Track and analyse sales data for growth opportunities and present monthly reports.
  • Develop tourism packages using on-site offers and local experiences.
  • Maintain communication with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as needed.
