Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong relationships with clients? Would you like to grow with us as a Customer Service Officer for German customers? If so, we want to hear from you!
Wat ga je doen?As a Customer Service Officer, you will handle daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include:
- Processing orders: intake, confirmation, invoicing in SAP, and communication with logistics partners.
- Managing deliveries: coordinating with transport partners, tracking delivery dates, and updating customers.
- Handling customer requests and complaints via email or phone.
- Updating system details (customer info, prices, promotions) for smooth processing.
- Collaborating with sales colleagues to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Taking on projects and tasks to boost team performance.
- A competitive salary between €2700 and €3000 depending on your experience.
- 8% holiday allowance and 27 vacation days per year with possibility of buying up to 5 extra
- Bonus up to 10% of your annual salary, depending on performance.
- Pension Plan of which the employer pays 2/3.

You will be part of a dynamic Customer Service team, working in a friendly and supportive environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are encouraged. The Customer Service team consists of 12 people from various nationalities. A beautiful mix of different cultures. The headquarters of the company are based in China, but the Eindhoven branch has a small and cozy office with a small team.
Wat vragen wij?- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and communicate with empathy.
- Native French speaker; other European languages are a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Eagerness to learn about the technical aspects of our lighting products.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a desire to constantly improve.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, OneNote) and SAP (SD & MM modules).
