As an Logistic, you’ll play a key role in collecting flowers and plants within the warehouse. With early morning shifts, this job is easy to combine with other daytime commitments.

Before you begin, you’ll receive two paid training days to get familiar with the logistics process. During this induction, you’ll learn how to operate the electric trolley and use the voice-controlled headset system.
These two induction days are followed by a 12-week process to get you fully familiarized.

 You are an expert at working in a concentrated and precise manner, counting the flower bins properly is very important!

You can work from Monday to Friday, starting at 06:00. The end time depends on the workload each day. If you work five days a week, you can expect to average 20 to 25 hours weekly. The minimum commitment is two working days per week.

Please note: as part of the application process, you may be required to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).

Through Actief Werkt! You will start work at Royal FloraHolland. You will work together with a motivated team in a working environment where no cart is the same.

Actief Werkt! has an office at the flower auction, right next to the work floor. This makes it easy to drop in for a chat or if you have a question. We are at your service from Monday to Friday from 05:30 to 15:00!

• A starting salary of €16.04 bruto per hour, or an all-in salary of €17.73 bruto per hour.
• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometre from 5 km one way.
• Full reimbursement of your public transport pass for more than 4 working days per week.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have good physical condition and can stand and walk for long periods of time.
• You are at least 1.65 metres tall.
• You speak English or Dutch.
• A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) can be part of the application procedure.
