Are you ready to take the lead in digital marketing at a fast-growing tech company that's making a real difference in healthcare? We're currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for a fast-growing medtech scale-up based in Eindhoven. This company is dedicated to improving cancer care through an innovative and affordable tumor localization system. The goal is to support precise, efficient surgeries while adding value throughout the patient care pathway. The marketing team plays a key role in shaping the brand, raising awareness, and positioning products globally. It’s a creative, data-driven, and collaborative environment where working closely with R&D, sales, and clinical experts helps deliver meaningful solutions to healthcare professionals and patients.


This is how you will make the difference
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who knows how to build and run smart campaigns, automate workflows, and work closely with a passionate, multidisciplinary team. In this role, you’ll own everything digital – from campaign strategy and execution to marketing automation and performance tracking. You’ll help us grow brand visibility, generate quality leads, and create content that resonates with healthcare professionals across multiple markets. You’ll be part of a small but ambitious team where creativity, data, and customer focus come together. Your ideas won’t get lost in layers of management – you’ll see your impact, fast.

What you bring
  • A university degree in marketing, communications, or something related

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech or healthcare setting

  • Strong understanding of online advertising, social media strategy, email marketing, and analytics

  • You know your way around tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • You’re proactive, data-driven, and not afraid to take ownership

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and decisions are made quickly

  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
