Role Description
As a Facility Coordinator you will oversee the delivery of facility services in Nijmegen. This role involves coordinating maintenance, managing service providers, and ensuring compliance with EHS and quality standards across Hard and Soft Services. You’ll support infrastructure projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure facility operations meet safety and quality requirements.
- Manage Soft Services (security, cleaning, catering, mailroom, pest control).
- Oversee Hard Services (utilities, fire safety, CCTV, access control, building maintenance).
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with service providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams on capital projects and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of EHS, GMP, and quality standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with technical documentation and working in dynamic environments.
- Preferred: 5+ years in a similar role.
