Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Process Engineer to join our client’s team. This role focuses on transitioning the washing method for pharmaceutical components from manual to machine-based cleaning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, strong communication skills in Dutch, and expertise in change control, equipment qualification, and cleaning validation.
 
Key Responsibilities
-Lead the transition of washing methods for pharmaceutical components from manual to machine-based cleaning.
-Ensure compliance with change control, equipment qualification, and cleaning validation requirements.
-Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, and Inclusion methodologies.
-Steer and/or participate in cross-functional investigations on problems/deviations—including defining porrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
-Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
-Initiate and coordinate improvements for technical or business processes, systems, and behaviors.
-Contribute to a data-driven decision-making process.
-Ensure effective application of Lean Six Sigma and Change Management tools by leading projects, facilitating Kaizens, and coaching sponsors and practitioners.
 
Requirements
-Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
-Strong expertise in change control, equipment qualification, and cleaning validation.
-Fluent in Dutch (verbal and written communication skills are a must).
-Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Change Management methodologies.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work with moderate supervision and collaborate cross-functionally.
