The Role
Medical Customer Support Representative plays a key role in delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely medical and technical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers. This role ensures a consistent and exceptional customer experience across multiple communication channels and may also support content management and escalation processes within a designated therapeutic area.

Responsibilities
-Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, webforms, and mail.
-Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant responses in line with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
-Document all inquiries and responses precisely, adhering to established SOPs and guidelines.
-Identify and report adverse events and product quality issues in accordance with compliance requirements.
-Communicate in the local language using approved English-language reference materials.
-Support second-line activities such as managing escalations and contributing to medical content creation.
-Collaborate with regional and country teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across assigned markets.
-Drive and participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
-Represent Medical Information in local office engagements, including training sessions, reports, and cross-functional meetings.
-Act as a local resource for internal teams, keeping country-specific data current and escalating relevant issues when needed.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences or healthcare-related discipline.
-1–2 years of experience in medical information or a related healthcare role.
-Demonstrated background in customer service, preferably within a pharmaceutical or medical setting.
-Proficiency in English and Dutch
-A degree in Pharmacy is highly desirable.
-Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to medical information.
