Role Description
As a Scrum Master -Hardware, you'll coach and guide cross-functional hardware teams in agile practices, remove roadblocks, and foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture within the Agile Release Train (ART).

Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies.
- Implement and promote Hybrid Model Agile standards.
- Support Product Owners with backlog definition and prioritization.
- Coach teams toward higher scrum maturity and accountability.
- Lead process improvements within the team and train level.
- Remove team impediments and support goal achievement.
- Ensure delivery aligns with PI planning commitments and KPIs.
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and maintain data quality in Backlog Management Tools.
- Build a safe, collaborative, and continuously improving team environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years of R&D experience.
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master for hardware teams.
- Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile Release Trains.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Preferred: IGT systems knowledge, DFSS/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
