The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Forecast Planner to join our team, responsible for managing the demand for Butter products in a dynamic, international setting. In this role, you will collaborate with commercial teams to forecast demand and ensure timely product availability for customers. You’ll leverage your analytical skills and communication abilities to engage effectively across diverse cultures and markets.
Responsibilities
-Creating and refining demand plans for both short-term (13 weeks) and long-term (18-24 months) periods.
-Working closely with sales, marketing, and supply planning teams to interpret and incorporate business dynamics into the demand plan.
-Overseeing the demand review process to ensure alignment between demand and supply.
-Tracking and enhancing key performance indicators, such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and waste reduction.
-Offering insights and generating reports on demand trends and performance metrics.
Requirements
-A Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
-Strong proficiency in ERP systems (OMP, SAP APO), Power-BI, and advanced Excel skills.
-Experience in forecasting, supply chain, and logistics, ideally within an FMCG or food industry environment.
